Looking for something different from retail pharmacy?
Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
Our pharmacists work directly with nurses, prescribers and care teams without the retail counter, drive-thru or constant customer interruptions. You'll still work in a fast-paced pharmacy, but with a collaborative team and more opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and build relationships with the people you serve.
LTC experience is not required.
If you're coming from retail, specialty or another pharmacy setting, we'll teach you our systems and model of care.

What We're Looking For
Our pharmacists verify medication packs, complete data entry, provide consultations to other healthcare providers and administer a variety of injections. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and a team-oriented approach. Pharmacists may also occasionally participate in medication review committees.
