Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in internal/corporate communications or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in content writing/publishing (newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, social media).
• 4–6 years of experience with employee communications platforms and digital tools.
• 4–6 years of experience in managing executives, projects, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creates comprehensive communication plans for companywide initiatives and organizational changes.
• Partners with leaders to develop targeted messaging for employee audiences.
• Analyzes feedback and engagement data to refine communication strategies.
• Provides strategic counsel to internal teams seeking to communicate effectively with employees.
• Ensures messaging is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment.
• Evaluates and adopts new tools to enhance communication effectiveness.
