Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a communications professional to support planning, creation, and delivery of clear, inclusive messaging across employees, partners, and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams to align content with brand standards and organizational priorities.

You will write, edit, coordinate, and track engagement, contributing to content calendars and campaigns while ensuring accessibility and consistency across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and distributes communications materials including announcements, newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
• Partners with team members and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging.
• Supports campaign execution across internal and external channels, maintaining brand alignment and consistency.
• Tracks and reports engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
• Contributes to content calendars and assists in planning communications events and initiatives.
• Maintains awareness of industry and organizational updates to inform communication priorities.
• Ensures all content reflects organizational values and accessibility standards.
