Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing building materials is helpful but not required.
• Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of construction practices are a plus.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install doors, windows, flooring, and other building products to company standards.
• Ensure accuracy and quality workmanship in all installations.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to complete projects.
• Inspect installations and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Communicate with customers and team to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with yard operations and loading/unloading as required.
