Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and productive with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
• Accurately pull and stage materials for delivery or customer pickup according to tickets.
• Load, deliver, and unload materials safely, accurately, and on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections for safe operation.
• Operate forklifts safely and per safety protocols.
• Document merchandise returns using credit memos.
• Organize and put away products in designated bin locations.
• Build lumber packs accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers in the yard and address their needs with great service.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily yard operations.
