Job summary

PTA Plastics in Niwot, Colorado, is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Set Up Technician for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Earn up to $43.00/hr total pay with base $21.86–$40.00/hr plus $3.00/hr shift differential.

This on-site role offers ESOP ownership and stable work in medical device, defense, and tech manufacturing. You will lead press setups, mold changes, and equipment hookups; dial in machine settings; troubleshoot defects with Process Engineers; and perform routine maintenance to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machinery.
• Ability to follow written English instructions and log technical parameters.

Responsibilities

• Setup & Operations: Install, align, and connect molds and auxiliary equipment on injection molding machines; conduct trial runs.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist engineering to minimize downtime.
