Randstad USA is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Set Up Technician for on-site work in Niwot, CO. You will lead press setups, run trials, and troubleshoot defects alongside Process Engineers on a 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machinery.
• Proficient with setup sheets, hand tools, hoists, and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to diagnose defects independently and keep production moving.
• Follow written English instructions and log parameters accurately; lead on shift.
• High School Diploma or GED; vocational plastics training a bonus; ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Setup & Operations: Install, align, and connect molds and auxiliary equipment on injection molding machines. Conduct trial runs to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose technical issues, perform routine preventative maintenance, and assist engineering to minimize downtime.
