Job summary

Royal Technologies in Hudsonville is seeking Set-Up Technicians to keep our production lines running by switching molds and dies on injection molding machines. This hands-on role suits those who enjoy working with their hands and can be trained on-site.

You’ll train on the 1st shift (8am-4pm) for 2–4 months and then work 3rd shift (12am-8am). Starting wage is $23.00–$27.00/hour (plus quarterly bonuses) with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with injection molding equipment is a plus.
• Willing and able to work overtime and train on 1st shift for 2–4 months.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines to achieve production efficiency and quality.
• Perform mold and color changes as needed.
• Ensure materials are available and cover machine assignments.
• Troubleshoot injection molding processes and equipment.
• Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times).
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
