Job summary

Romanoff Group of Companies in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our 100% employee-owned team. You will support onboarding, maintain HRIS records, and coordinate training across multiple markets, partnering with Recruiting and HR Operations to ensure a smooth employee experience.

You will manage I-9s, new hire files, and compliance with state and federal laws while helping track metrics and assist with branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of job-related experience, preferably in HR.
• Exposure to a high-volume, multi-state environment.
• Experience with HR software and systems (e.g. Paylocity, Greenhouse).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Aids onboarding processes companywide and coordinates first week scheduling.
• Maintains HRIS entries, assists with record-keeping and file maintenance.
• Serves as liaison between HR, Recruiting, and new hires; supports training and orientation.
• Track monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with laws.
