Job summary

Ace Hardware East of Rapid City is seeking a Hardware Sales Associate to help customers choose hardware, tools, and home improvement items at our Rapid City store. You will deliver knowledgeable, friendly service, locate products, answer questions, and help customers find practical solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities include stocking and pricing merchandise, maintaining displays, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

General knowledge of retail products and product categories, especially hardware, lawn and garden, and paint.
Able to listen to customers, understand needs, and recommend products.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to operate a register and basic retail equipment.
Willingness to learn about products and applications.

Responsibilities
