Job summary

AVIAN in Arlington, VA seeks a Mid-Level Financial/Program Analyst to support ONR Code 33. You will assist program officers with budgeting, funding tracking, and financial analysis across multiple funds and contractors.

The role requires experience with government budgeting, Navy ERP familiarity (training provided), and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. You will work with systems like PBIS, NERP, COBRA, and EVM tools, producing reports and briefings for Navy leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in admin/financial support or ten years with a high school diploma.
• Experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, and reporting against benchmarks.
• Navy ERP experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level financial/program analyst support to ONR Code 33 in Arlington, VA.
• Assist in budgeting, funding tracking, and financial analysis across funds and contractors.
• Track commitments, obligations, and expenditures in PBIS/NERP/PPS; resolve funding issues.
• Prepare funding documents, PRs, and management reports.
• Attend reviews, develop presentations, and support briefings.
