Job summary

Experitec is seeking an EPC Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end execution of Engineering, Procurement & Construction projects. You will coordinate with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and compliant documentation, while maintaining audit-ready records in multiple systems.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk management, and collaboration across cross-functional partners to protect schedule, margin, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree required.
• Two+ years in a project coordination or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPC project execution from PO receipt to closeout.
• Coordinate between customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate project data in IFS, SharePoint, DocBoss, and other systems.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, schedule, and SOS.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ongoing project-specific meetings with stakeholders.
