Clune Construction is seeking a construction PM/lead with 2–5 years in commercial interiors, healthcare or mission-critical projects. You will develop schedules, coordinate trades, and manage field teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead foreman meetings, review documentation, and contribute to lookahead planning while collaborating with project management and site leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to identify constructability issues impacting cost, schedule or safety.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or Phoenix

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules reflecting field logic, milestones and constraints.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Plan field sequencing to protect schedule and productivity.
• Review daily journals for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage field staff, resources and onboarding for daily work.
• Present weekly field updates on progress and risks.
