Job summary

Keller Inc. is seeking experienced construction crew leads to manage erection of pre-engineered and traditional metal and wood framed buildings in Wisconsin.

You will direct 4–5 crew members, coordinate with project management, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across the site. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Willingness to travel typically within WI.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from shoulder level).
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings.
• Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members.
• Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment on site to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate schedules and work areas with subcontractors.
• Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors.
• Keep supervisor informed with job progress.
• Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site.
