Keller, Inc. is seeking an experienced carpenter foreman to lead 1-4 crew members on Commercial and Agricultural projects in Wisconsin.

You will read blueprints, supervise safety, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to maintain quality and momentum. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to train crew members.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate 1–4 crew members in daily duties
• Perform rough and finish carpentry with crew on Commercial and Agricultural projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations
• Work with sub-contractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
• Train and mentor carpentry crew members
• Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment
• Track and report work progress to project managers
• Efficiently work in a fast paced environment with detailed workmanship
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
