Job summary

Wausau Supply Company in Schofield, WI, is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, oversee daily DC activities, and maintain safety and performance standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong organizational skills to optimize picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, understands lean processes, and can partner with management to drive improvements while promoting an ESOP culture and customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with warehouse ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a successful team through coaching, mentoring, and promoting teamwork.
• Maintains time and attendance, and other performance records.
• Evaluates, reports team’s performance and addresses shortfalls to meet corporate, department, and location goals.
• Plans and directs DC daily activities including product and inventory transfers, inbound receiving, and fulfillment.
• Oversees safety programs and ensures adherence to OSHA standards.
