Wausau Supply Company in Schofield, WI is seeking a Distribution Material Handler to support our distribution operations. You will pick and pack orders, ensure correct loading, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Our team emphasizes safety, depends on reliable paperwork, and uses forklifts and RF scanners. This role offers employee ownership, training, and advancement opportunities within a growing national supplier of building materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required - training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety.
• Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded.
• Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship.
• Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings.
• Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including forklift and RF unit.
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Perform other duties to support department, team, and company goals.
