Job summary

Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, work, and community settings, helping them pursue meaningful goals. DSPs will work to maintain consistent engagement, promote independence, and document supports provided during each shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Background checks including Nebraska Child/Adult Protective Services Central Registry check
• Criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily life.
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy.
• Provide person-centered supports and document care each shift.
• Assist with transportation and community activities.
• Ensure safe environments and rights education.
• Assist with personal hygiene and medical-related tasks as needed.
