Qualifications

• Prior credit analysis experience is desired but we will train for the right candidate.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Competent with MS Office and Excel.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional skills: relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-through with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage open customer accounts.
• Contact customers to resolve delinquent payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify root causes for non-payment and achieve resolution.
• Reconcile customer payment concerns.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
