Qualifications

• Prior credit analysis experience is desired but we will train for the right candidate.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office and Excel
• Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
• Cross-functional skills: Capable of relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving and follow through with internal and external partners
• Communication Skills: Clear communication with all levels; discretion with sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Manage open customer accounts
• Contact customers to resolve delinquent payment issues
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify root causes for non-payment and achieve resolution
• Reconcile customer payment concerns
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
