Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling software.
• Strong cost control and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs project staff to meet contract documents and schedule.
• Coordinates with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and architects.
• Manages project documentation including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking.
• Negotiates subcontract and purchase orders.
• Maintains project schedule and cost control.
• Leads project meetings and ensures safety compliance.
• Develops purchasing strategies and project planning.
• Travel to multiple jobsites as required.
