Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in human services with 1+ year direct care experience.
• Associate degree in human services with 2 years direct care experience.
• Diploma in human services with 3 years direct care experience.
• 50 hours of human services education plus 4 years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train direct care staff.
• Develop and supervise each client's Program Implementation Plan.
• Manage each client's finances.
• Oversee medical appointments and treatments.
• Handle household management duties.
