Job summary

EON, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to oversee locations, supervise direct care staff, and implement each client’s Program Implementation Plan. You will manage client finances, supervise medical appointments, and handle household tasks to ensure quality programming.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of relevant regulations. This is a full-time position with benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Must meet the qualification of a Designated Coordinator with higher education or equivalent direct care experience.
• Experience supervising staff and developing service outcomes preferred.
• Ability to understand DHS/DOH rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train direct care staff and supervise each client's Program Implementation Plan.
• Manage clients' finances and assist with personal needs allowances.
• Coordinate medical appointments and household management duties.
• Participate in orientation and training as required.
