SEH is seeking a Civil Project Manager / Client Manager to lead a growing civil team in Arizona. Join an employee-owned firm where professional growth, collaboration, and delivering quality public and private sector projects are valued.

The role emphasizes client leadership, project delivery, and building relationships across communities in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background, Arizona PE licensure, and a proven track record in managing design and construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Arizona Professional Engineer license required.
Experience with design, construction and project management.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct multiple projects for diverse clients.
Identify opportunities in private/public markets and win work.
Maintain close relationships with clients through development to completion.
Recruit, mentor, and collaborate with staff to foster a positive team.
Stay current with regulatory programs, funding opportunities, and design standards.
Represent SEH with local governments and industry events.
Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees; present proposals to clients.
Determine major design decisions in consultation with the client.
