Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Nebraska or ability to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, public-sector, and private clients throughout Nebraska.
• Identify, pursue, and win new civil project opportunities.
• Serve as Project Manager for diverse civil engineering projects.
• Lead project teams from pursuit through design and construction.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and fee estimates.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to win client solutions.
