ISG, an employee-owned firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Brookfield, WI team. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary group to deliver thoughtful, sustainable projects from concept through construction.

You will lead design efforts, develop relationships with clients and regulators, and mentor junior staff while advancing professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong communication, project management, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of industry design standards.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement civil engineering strategies for projects.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure coordination and compliance.
• Support projects through contract and construction administration.
• Prepare infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports including stormwater analyses.
• Produce high-quality engineering drawings, details, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
• Provide on-site technical support during construction and resolve field challenges.
• Mentor and lead local ISG team members and promote ownership culture.
