ISG is a multi-disciplinary, employee-owned firm based in Mankato, MN. As a Civil Engineer, you’ll work from concept through construction on diverse projects and collaborate with architects, planners, and a strong in-house team.

You’ll develop civil strategies, coordinate with clients and agencies, and contribute to designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. This role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and delivering high-quality, constructible solutions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong communication, project management, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local government permitting processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement civil engineering strategies for innovative, sustainable project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth coordination.
• Support projects through contract and construction administration, ensuring design intent is achieved.
• Prepare infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports.
• Produce engineering drawings, details, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS.
• Provide on-site technical support during construction.
• Mentor and lead ISG team members.
