KIA North, an International Cars Ltd. dealership in Danvers, MA, is seeking a Full-Time Hourly Service Technician.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Performs work as outlined on work orders in accordance with company standards.
• Exceeds manufacturer standards for customer satisfaction and work quality.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicates with service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required.
