KIA North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, seeks a Service Valet to create positive impressions for service customers. You will greet arrivals, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a smooth flow of vehicles through the service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends and evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers needing transportation promptly and professionally.
• Continually monitor the Service Drive to ensure vehicles are processed properly.
• Properly tag and park service vehicles in assigned spots and relay locations to dispatch.
• Provide transportation to and from the dealership and to customer destinations.
• Handle basic maintenance of transport vehicles including fueling and oil checks.
