Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on work orders in accordance with company standards.
• Exceeds manufacturer expectations for customer satisfaction and work quality.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicates with service advisor about additional work or changes as needed.
• Examines vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
