Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking engaging questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Timely follow-up with clients to ensure referral business.
• Help meet departmental objectives of the dealership's annual budget and business plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the vehicle department and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and demonstrate features to customers.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed on laws governing retail automobile sales.
