Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking engaging questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Timely follow-up with clients to ensure referral business.
• Assist the department manager to meet and ensure departmental objectives of the dealership's annual budget and achieve the departmental goals of the business plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the vehicle department, maintaining a customer satisfaction rating at or above company standard.
• Turn over 100 percent of closed transactions to Business Manager with properly completed paperwork.
