Job summary

Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, AZ is hiring an Admissions Support Center Specialist to support PMI’s branch campuses by setting appointments for prospective students. The role is on-site, full-time, 40 hours weekly with evenings and some weekends.

You will engage with prospective students and families, provide program information, and help remove barriers to education. Excellent communication and empathetic service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of two years in call center, admin, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patient, customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information on programs, policies, and admissions.
• Maintain campus admissions calendars and keep records up to date.
