Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services, at Chamberlin Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (HR) Manager. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives to support staffing across the facility and ensure smooth HR operations.

You will partner with the centralized recruiting team, manage Workday onboarding, coordinate employee training and payroll activities, and serve as the go-to resource on policies, benefits and open enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and retention for healthcare staff.
• Experience with HRIS systems: Workday, SmartLinx, Kronos preferred.
• Experience with employee orientation/onboarding highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent to meet staffing needs with facility leaders.
• Coordinate interviews with dept leaders and extend offers.
• Onboard new hires and complete pre-hire requirements in Workday.
• Conduct new employee orientation per established process.
• Manage employee engagement events and annual enrollment processes.
• Advise on policy/benefits questions and address concerns.
• Oversee training with Relias and reporting.
• Oversee weekly payroll processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual benefit enrollment and employee off-boarding.
