Unifi is seeking an Employee Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative support across a dedicated business unit. The role supports recruiting, HRIS data entry, benefits inquiries, and record-keeping to ensure accurate employee information and compliant processes.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing aviation services team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a 10-year background check.
• Must obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting: process applications and new-hire paperwork, interview candidates as needed, and track applicant flow.
• Maintain personnel records of active and terminated employees per policy.
• Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll data into the HRIS system.
• Answer questions about benefits, schedules, uniforms, and policy in a professional manner.
• Coordinate fingerprints for USPS, badging for SIDA access, and employee uniform program.
• Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information.
• Maintain OSHA records and assist in administering on-the-job injury reporting.
• Ensure postings and corporate information are updated and displayed as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
