Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking an Employee Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative support across the business unit. The role involves handling recruiting tasks, HRIS data entry, and payroll-related updates while maintaining employee records and responding to benefits questions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be a local in-state resident.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting processes: process applications, new-hire paperwork, interview candidates, and track applicant flow.
  • Maintain personnel records for active/terminated employees per policy.
  • Enter new hire information, changes, and payroll data into HRIS.
  • Answer benefits, scheduling, uniforms, and policy questions professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate fingerprints for USPS, SIDA badge applications, and uniform programs.
  • Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information.
  • Keep OSHA records and assist with on-the-job injury reporting.
  • Ensure posting and corporate information are up to date.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Employee Life Cycle Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to various functions of a dedicated business unit within the organization.

Job Duties

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Physical requirements
  • Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
  • Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
