Aspen One in Basalt, Colorado seeks an Employee Housing Administrative Assistant for a six-month assignment (Sep 2026–Feb 2027). The role supports managers and staff with daily office tasks in the housing office and reports to the Housing Operations Manager.
Key duties include greeting guests, handling calls and emails, processing leases, coordinating move-ins, rent collections, and maintaining files. Strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and basic Spanish are advantageous.
The Employee Housing Administrative Assistant provides support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities of the housing office. This position is a temporary, six-month assignment running from September 2026 through February 2027. This position reports to the Housing Operations Manager.
The wage range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.
