Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an Employee Experience Product Control Manager in New York to own the end-to-end second-line risk and control environment across the Employee Experience ecosystem, including HR, Workplace Operations, Security Operations, employee-facing technology, data flows, vendors, handoffs and related processes.

You will identify risks that span functions, ensure controls cover the full employee journey, and partner with business, finance and technology control functions to remediate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit or related control functions.
• Experience with end-to-end risk and control design across processes, data flows and vendors.
• Proven ability to document, communicate and govern control evidence and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Employee Experience risk and control inventory across HR, Workplace Ops, Security Ops and data flows.
• Identify, assess and elevate risks between functions, systems, vendors and control domains.
• Lead product-level risk and control assessments with input from business owners and partners.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of end-to-end controls, including data and technology-enabled controls.
• Clarify control ownership with domain managers and reduce duplication of evidence.
• Drive issue remediation with clear owners, dates, evidence and risk decisions.
• Maintain GRC documentation for risks, controls, issues, remediation and governance decisions.
• Deliver product-level risk reporting to senior leadership, highlighting gaps and priorities.
• Support audits and regulatory activities with complete control narratives and evidence.
