Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Product Manager to own the enterprise controls, compliance and policy layer for the Bloomberg Terminal. You will define the controls, permissions and admin experiences that govern access and usage, including AI capabilities, and partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Engineering to deliver a coherent, scalable policy framework.

You'll lead end-to-end governance initiatives across AI, MCP and connectors, working with enterprise clients and product teams to ensure policy

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS or platform products.
• Experience building controls, compliance, privacy or governance-related capabilities (permissions, entitlements, admin policy).
• Understanding of enterprise software administration, entitlements, and ecosystems (integrations/connectors).
• Familiarity with compliance, privacy and AI governance concepts (GDPR, DPIAs, etc.).
• Ability to work across Risk, Security, Legal, Compliance, Responsible AI, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise controls, compliance and admin-policy experience for Bloomberg Terminal, including AI capabilities.
• Define and design user and firm-admin controls, scopes, defaults and entitlements across product teams.
• Own product and engineering requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure controls respect contractual rights and applicable regulations in partnership with Legal/Compliance.
• Develop and own the communication strategy and KPIs for this layer.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and Bloomberg teams to validate governance against real usage.
