Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager/Principal Project Manager to drive Division onboarding and employee experience initiatives in the SDS Division at Manhattan Beach, CA. You will collaborate with HR, Communications, and Site Operations to design, implement, and improve programs for new hires and the first year of employment.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong project leadership, and ability to coordinate across multiple teams to deliver a unified experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a project and driving performance against schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communications.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborating across organizations to deliver a consolidated objective.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate Division onboarding for SDS.
• Improve Division orientation and program offerings from pre-hire through year one.
• Document Division processes aligned with Defense Systems sector.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the Employee Experience.
• Lead program start-up, rollout, and change management.
