Job summary

C4 Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated leader in employee experience to shape how work feels across the employee lifecycle. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, engagement, workplace experience, and culture as a culture champion and trusted partner.

You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and communications to deliver a welcoming, connected, and inclusive experience that reflects C4T’s mission-driven, science-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in HR, employee experience, talent acquisition operations, or a related function.
• Experience designing and scaling onboarding, offboarding, engagement, culture, or lifecycle programs.
• Strong ability to build trust, influence leaders, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee experience programs to welcome, inform, connect, and support employees throughout their time at C4T.
• Champion C4T values and culture, driving belonging, engagement, and shared purpose.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support candidate scheduling, onsite interviews, and logistics.
• Own onboarding from pre-boarding to first-day integration into culture.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, Communications, and managers to ensure smooth lifecycle experiences.
• Oversee annual engagement survey process: launch, results, insights, and action planning.
• Use feedback and data to identify opportunities to strengthen the employee experience and culture.
