Zusammenfassung

GT’s Living Foods is seeking an Employee Experience Representative to shape culture, wellness, onboarding, and development programs. You will design strategic campaigns, collaborate with the HR L&D team, and drive engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences. This role reports to HR L&D and covers Vernon, CA operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Employee Experience, Engagement, Internal Communications, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Excel, Canva, and Adobe CC.

Aufgaben

• Partner with HR L&D Manager to develop talent initiatives aligned with culture priorities.
• Support end-to-end execution: planning, communications, timelines, coordination, and post-training evaluation.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and compliance-based education.
• Write and distribute employee communications across channels to raise awareness and engagement.
• Maintain communication calendars and coordinate with HR, business, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate employee events, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using feedback and engagement data.
