Strive Solutions in Barrington, IL seeks an Employee Experience & Engagement Manager to lead engagement initiatives across inflight catering operations, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness efforts. The role partners with HR and operations to translate feedback into action and strengthen onboarding and communications.

You will analyze engagement data to identify trends and priorities, coach managers to build a safe, high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with safety

Qualifications

Experience in employee engagement, organizational culture, or HR program delivery.
Strong data analysis and the ability to drive action from insights.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance expectations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and operations leaders to translate employee feedback into actionable improvement plans.
Analyze engagement and related people data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities.
Support onboarding and strengthen internal communications to reinforce engagement and service standards.
Coach and support managers in building a safe, service-focused, high-performance team culture.
Ensure engagement initiatives align with aviation and food safety requirements.
