Job summary

HOALiving seeks an Employee Experience Coordinator to shape the employee experience, get to know the team, recognize contributions, and help people succeed. You will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer to connect employee experiences with People & Culture strategy.

You will build relationships across teams, plan and coordinate events, and develop programs that boost engagement, satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across teams to understand employee experiences.
• Identify employee stories and coordinate recognition and anniversaries.
• Coordinate feedback with the CPO to inform priorities and strategy.
• Plan and coordinate employee activities, events and budgets across the organization.
• Create employee communications and maintain directories.
• Handle employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
