Job summary

Pariveda is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to lead and nurture our Seattle, LA, and SF offices. This full-time role reports to the HRBP and focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient, and inclusive workplace that reflects our values and supports people.

The role requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week and quarterly travel to LA and SF. You will drive culture programs, organize events, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen employee engagement across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• 4–6 years in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Polished professional presence with senior leaders.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong judgment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local culture advocate by understanding company culture, values and development processes.
• Partner with local leadership to implement programs enhancing engagement, experience and connection.
• Foster connection and collaboration in a virtual environment across locations.
• Engage with remote colleagues and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
• Plan and execute local events like all-hands and leadership meetings.
• Support performance reviews and interview processes to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist HR by onboarding new employees and conducting culture trainings.
• Oversee facilities, vendors, space planning, and safety in the office.
