Job summary

Bluestone is seeking a Program Manager – Employee Experience (Corporate Communications Manager) to lead data and retention strategies across a multi-site healthcare workforce. You will drive internal communications, culture-building, and recognition programs to support operational excellence and staff well‑being.

Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5–7 years of corporate communications experience. Hybrid role with on-site presence in Stillwater, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of all employee feedback mechanisms.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative sentiment data into dashboards for executive leadership.
• Develop standardized action-planning toolkits, stay-interview frameworks, and intervention playbooks for business unit leaders.
• Track critical retention metrics—including 90-day onboarding attrition and department turnover.
• Own executive-ready insights from engagement data for leadership.
• Partner with executive leadership to design clear, transparent change-management communications.
• Craft culture narratives that reinforce company values and milestones across sites.
• Maintain two-way feedback channels between frontline staff and leadership to foster trust.
• Design and manage enterprise-wide recognition frameworks and signature cultural events.
• Align internal culture initiatives with external employer branding for talent attraction.
