Job summary

Bluestone seeks a Program Manager – Employee Experience to lead data-driven retention efforts in a healthcare setting. The role focuses on analytics, surveys, and leadership coaching within a multi-site team, driving culture and engagement.

The position requires on-site presence in Stillwater, MN, with 1–2 days per week in the office and hybrid flexibility for remaining days, plus occasional travel to Bluestone events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations.

Responsibilities

• Own data, analytics, and retention strategy.
• Administer end-to-end employee feedback mechanisms.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative sentiment data into executive dashboards.
• Develop action-planning toolkits for business unit leaders.
• Track onboarding attrition, turnover, and engagement metrics.
• Design executive and organizational communications for change and updates.
• Oversee recognition frameworks and culture-building activities.
