Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Stillwater, MN, with occasional travel and a focus on engagement analytics, retention, and staff well-being to sustain Bluestone’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in corporate/internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Survey Administration: end-to-end administration of employee feedback mechanisms.
• Predictive Insights: translate sentiment data into executive dashboards.
• Manager Empowerment: develop action-planning toolkits for leaders.
• Metric Ownership: track retention metrics and engagement indicators.
• Strategic Internal Communications: design clear change-management communications.
• Culture-Building & Recognition: design enterprise-wide recognition frameworks.
