Job summary

Moog is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence in Salt Lake City, onsite. The role blends employee relations and engagement, serving as a trusted HR resource for leaders and staff while guiding investigations, policy interpretation, coaching, and compliance.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related ER role, with willingness to travel quarterly for remote-site support. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, including investigations, policy interpretation, and corrective actions.
• Must live in the Salt Lake City area to work onsite.
• Willing to travel as needed, at least quarterly, for remote site support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of HR for front-line leaders and employees.
• Work with employees and managers to determine employee effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Measure engagement and implement actions based on results.
• Educate managers on policies and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach managers through policy interpretation discussions and investigations.
• Manage employee relations matters from investigations to providing expert support.
• Coordinate and deliver HR programs with COE's and HRBP to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
