Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium is hiring an Employee Engagement Program Manager to lead engagement strategies and internal communications across SEARHC. You will design recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and professional development opportunities, aligning them with the organization’s mission and values.

You will manage intranet and digital communications, partner with leaders to host town halls, and analyze feedback to drive improvements in engagement and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing internal communications platforms and campaigns.
